1. File Your Nails

Apply two very light coats of color with a paintbrush, pausing for a few minutes between each application. To prevent chipping, apply polish to each nail with three separate strokes: first on either side of the nail, then in a sweep over the very tip.
6. Apply a Top Coat
Singleton is a fan of CND Air Dry, a product that speeds up the drying process. Remember to do the same thing with the top coat that you did with the color, which is to swipe it across the top of each nail.
7. Clean Up Any Smudges
Using an orange stick that has been wrapped in a thin layer of cotton and dipped in nail paint remover, you may remove any color that has spread beyond the edges of your nails.
